I love Brandy’s clothes because I’m tiny and everything fits me. However, it’s “one size fits most” but “most” is just skinny girls. Also, the customer service is not good. The girls are always on their phone and not attentive.

Every time I go in I promise myself it's the last time. Not once has a sales girl offered help or greeted me, they consistently sit on their phones behind the register and gossip. I don't need to hear about who you hooked up with last weekend. Today was definitely my last time, unfortunately you lost a customer today.

Horrible customer service, you can not return with full refund to Brandy Melville stores when you bought online Brandy Melville shop!!! I have to spend a money for shipping back to next door of their Santa Monica store. I won't buy from them anymore.
