It's dirty mega trash all over apt manager is a word I cannot use but use your imagination apt. Just wanting to say thank you for six torturous years of living in government subsidized apartments run by crooked people. Glad to be rid of the kaos, the feelings that go with being treated so disrespectfully and the experience of witnessing the bringing down of friends down on their luck. Living in apartments run by individuals who apparently have never experienced an episode in their lives when they've had to live without necessary materialistic personal belongings has increased my knowledge of living the party of a lowlifes role in our community. I am appalled and compelled to say that with all the greed, stealing, drug and sexuality problems taking place in our community, company's employees should be educated in what our Lord Jesus Christ advised generations ago to help the less fortunate people how to increase their luck. The elimination of bad service dogs hired to help Our poorer weaker confused on how to become Rightous up-abiding tax payers is imperatively needed. The section 8 program was originated to help the poor not to increase greedy landlords bank accounts. Once again thank you so much for setting me and several of my friends back under the bridge. God bless!!! Have a wonderful life!!!

If I could give Brandywine 0 stars, I would!! The North Versailles office has the worst customer service, and management never calls back! They have older people working the accounts, so expect your accounts to be incorrect! I would suggest NEVER pay by anything but checks! I learned the hard way, they lost my money order payment and said I was responsible! I had since by paying by checks for paper trail from my bank account! Also, the units are just ok! For all the money they overcharge, there should be more upgrades to all units on all of their properties!

The company is extremely unprofessional. The people working in the North Versailles office have no collective idea of how to deal with tenants. The apartment is not worth what you pay for them. Mine was totally redone but very poorly redone. Things were falling apart months after moving in. My car was egged in the parking lot on 3 different occassions. When I asked the building manager to check the cameras he told me if I didn't have an approximate time of knowing when it was done it would be impossible for him to check. Subpoenas were posted on the front door of the building several times a month for numerous tenants. The parking lot was littered with trash and hardly upkept in inclement weather. Some tenants smoked all throughout the building that was stated to be no smoking in the lease. My apartment would reek of cigarettes from the smoking. The simple security they did have to secure the buildings would always be manipulated so that guests could come and go without the keys the tenants were provided to keep the building secure. Upon moving out, they messed up my final charges to my account, sending me a letter stating that I owed the agency money. I never paid late and was a quiet, nondisruptive tenant. The letter was sent to the wrong address with my personal information disclosed. If I wouldn't have called to check about the deposit I was supposed to receive I would have never known that the mistake had been made. Upon further review they apologized and told me to pick the check up on a specified date. I was no longer living in the area and went out of my way to rush there before they closed on that date. Whenever I got there, the employee had no idea what I was talking about and was extremely rude to me. Phone calls later, they mailed the check to me; several weeks later I STILL didn't receive. The check had to be cancelled and a new one sent out. Almost 2 months later I have still not received my deposit back! I would give the company a zero if the site would allow. I wouldn't recommend the agency to single person I know. It was total a nightmare and the worst renting experience I've had thus far. And that's not even the half of it...
