Actually could have been a nice home . BUT  the paint work was very poor at best . The windows leaked water . The tubs had glue and silicone on them . They are scratched very badly . The floors were covered in paint splatter . The foundation has cracks .  It goes on and on 
  They didn’t silicone any joints like where a base board met a cabinet or a cabinet met a wall it where moulding met moulding .  Mortar just on everything . The fireplace is so bad they should have just covered the rock so you can’t see rock . 
  The cabinets. Either overspray that’s white or no stain or varnish . 
  I begged for help for weeks. Worked my ass off trying to repair and weeks later they came and said “we can’t fix every little thing “ 
  It’s like what next. Moulding falling off open a door and cracks in the wood look at anything it’s messed up . Tile haha poorly installed . Roof supports not nailed down 
  Trim around the washing machine and fridge water lines just fell off and the lines just flopped around in the wall . Acrilic glue in every sink . The tubs not only scratched but had glue and silicone as well as overspray on them . And so much more  They even put the address placard in the mailbox with the plastic still around it . Like didn’t remove the plastic bag just shoved it in the hole. And concreted it in plastic hanging out and all . Yea I got pictures. 
    Yes we have worked 4 weeks cleaning up and repairing a new house . We don’t even feel like moving now . 
  I have 500 pictures and 20 videos to prove this . I will show anyone . 
  But the pisser is Jim Bransom could not care less . 
  I can go on and on 
  And how did we miss this.  Well dim lighting and the expation builders CARE . 
     I can delete this review   But it’s a honest review !

Impossible to get a return call. Would not recommend renting one of their properties.
