Directions: Traveling South on U.S. Highway 65, approximately one mile south of the Hollister interchange, turn east onto Branson Creek boulevard and continue another 6.5 miles. Travelling North on U.S. Highway 65 intersection, turn east onto Branson Creek boulevard and continue 6.5 miles.

This Airport is a joke. Via Air is awesome, however the employee's and supervisor have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are rude, mean and nasty. I booked a flight in Feb. for a flight in May. When my mother got there to fly out they told her it would be $25 for her checked bag. However, the ticket and everything said first checked bag up to 30 lbs free. When she pointed this out they pretty much said well you pay it or your bag does not go. Supposedly they sent an email, but no email in inbox or spam ( I had 6 other people look just to make sure we didn't miss it) also said our policy changed.   My uncle paid it with his credit card as my mother is battling breast cancer and did not have it financially to pay. When I contacted them they returned the call, but when I wanted to speak with a manager they said well she is out of the office, but we will have her call you. I waited over the weekend and holiday and still no call back so I called them. Was given the run around yet again, and she was RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never deal with this Airport again after I get my mother back home. Any other flights will be done out of the Springfield, Mo airport. FREE IS FREE regardless of when the policy changed. Be Careful.

The airport is small and the customer service is decent. No complaints there. BUT, the planes leaving the airport are very limited and cancellations are likely. I had my first flight cancelled an hour and a half AFTER we were suppose to depart. Then my returning flight was delayed by THREE hours! I ended up returning home at close to midnight. Honestly, it's too much of a hassle just to pay a cheap price.  Flights are not on time and can be cancelled with no alternative flights to take except for booking a flight the following day. It's not worth the cheap price. Pay the extra dollars to leave out of Springfield and not have the headache.

I have flown from Bangor, Maine to Maui and I must say Branson's little airport is by far the best.  I will take landing at this quaint airport over the chaos of LAX or Denver International any day of the week. I have been in so many airports in my life time and I love how small and adorable Branson's airport is. Any time I can find a way to fly in or out of Branson vs Springfield I do it. There is no maze to conquer at this airport and no getting lost either lol. I can not say the same for when I land in Dallas, Atlanta, etc. I was sad that Frontier pulled out and am now using Great Lakes/Elite to fly here. There may not be a lot of departure options here but this airport is still a huge blessing. I truly hope people appreciate it and all the work that went into making it possible for Branson to have an airport.
