Live in apartment complex and have had them come out several times for neighbors fighting, no one goes to jail, damage to my vehicle that I stood there and watch happen and nothing was done about it! This police station is the worst I’ve ever seen! Drunks damaging vehicles and nothing done about it! Just let them continue to keep drinking at 2am. One vehicle left without any sobriety test being done on the driver! Unreal! Hope he didn’t crash into anybody when he left to drive on public roads!

Was told to leave an accident site by one of the 4 officers after info obtained and car towed. Received a call about 40 minutes later from An officer telling me to immediately return Because they weren't through with me. When my son (who had come to get me) told them we were a distance away and it would be about 30-40 minutes before we could return the officer became extremely disgruntled and told my son No one had released me. My son described the officer that had and my daughter in law substantiated my son. The officer argued and told us to meet him at the police station as soon as possible. When I returned to the station I was left to wait and when the officer came out he proceeded to treat me in an accusatory manner and then told me if I didnt respond or take care of the ticket I would go to jail. Then I was dismissed. Meanwhile my son and daughter in law had let me out at the curb and were waiting there because they had no idea how long I would be. I am disabled and unable to walk or stand for any length of time. One of the officers came and told them to move immediately extremely rudely, waving his hands and yelling and refused to listen why they were there when he could clearly see inside the bldg where I was with the other officer. This experience has left quite a negative impression with me and I have no intention of returning to Branson. I've told my family & friends that I will gladly volunteer my car and gas for a trip to Osage Beach instead of Branson. If their police dept is an example of tourist treatment then I will spend my money elsewhere!

Branson PD is one of the best departments I've had to deal with...and regardless of what people say about them..they risk their lives everyday to protect the city of branson.

Called for a guy that was drunk and outside yelling and cussing. They came and joked and played with the guy. Left him there still cussing at people. What a joke. I guess we know we can get drunk and threaten anyone and get away with it. Way to go Branson!
