I like this mall, food court good and stores are what is expected on a mall. There some restaurants, like Olive garden. I like the fact there is a movie theater on top floor Really nice addition. However, I recommend they make the food court area more inviting to computer users who wanna plug their electronic device , do some work etc while drinking a coffee. Similar upgrades can be seen on West Farms mall. West Hartford. Ill give 5 star when they do that!

This mall is loaded. Just because it is in the heart of Waterbury, don't let that scare you. There are a lot of stores in this mall. It caters to every taste. Although, I would not recommend going late on Friday and Saturday nights because of the younger element. The food court is also not bad. If you drive, there is plenty of parking.

LensCrafters. There were a large variety of frames available and all were well-organized and neat. The associate politely encouraged me to browse while she assisted another customer. They really take the time to help customers decide which frames are the most flattering for them with sincerity. Expensive though.

do not go to the sprint store in this mall because they have terrible service. where they favor the people that came to the store before. there is 5 people in the store but only 2 actually know what they are doing.

This is a really nice mall. I've had lots of memories here as a kid up until now. Every store has it's own thing.
