My divorce, like most, was very painful; emotionally draining and taking far longer than I had anticipated due to my ex's sudden reluctance to work with me to come up with a mutually agreeable decision. I had consulted several attorneys before deciding upon Bill Bratton and have never regretted that decision. Bill has been honest and forthright with me, helping me stay focused on my goals and not be derailed by the processes of divorce. His office staff is kind and supportive, with a steady supply of tissues if needed! Even after my divorce was finalized, Bill has been available for legal advice regarding changes to visitation and custody. Getting a divorce does indeed suck, but if it must be done, you'll want someone to guide you through it. Bill does the job wonderfully.

Bill Bratton and his firm did an outstanding job on my divorce case. My settlement was what I had hoped for. Always professional, courteous, and very accessible. Bill made sure we had a favorable outcome. I highly recommend Bill Bratton!

I was pleased with Bratton & Bratton Family Law. I worked with Bill on my original divorce case and recently on a modification of spousal support. Bill’s many years of practicing Family Law was key in my decision to have him represent me in court. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very thorough in everything he did. He handles himself with confidence in court and appears to be well respected among his peers. I would definitely recommend Bill Bratton if you need a Family Law attorney.

Bill Bratton and his legal team of professionals has been absolutely outstanding and couldn’t receive a higher recommendation from me. His office is professional, clean, comfortable, and private in both his office and conference rooms. The Bratton and Bratton law office is conveniently located in Downtown Riverside. Parking is easy and within walking distance to Family Law Court, Riverside. His team is knowledgeable, always courteous, and friendly. With the unfortunate dissolution of my marriage in 2014, Bill was there every step of the way to council and represent me. His communication skills both in person and on paper are excellent, and his ability to be fair and informative in the process is second to none. He’s very thorough. He has many years of experience in the Family Law arena, is very knowledgeable, and has the confidence I depended on to get the desired results. I was very pleased with the outcome. I rehired Bill Bratton and his team again for my custody hearings in 2016. His team is absolutely fantastic. They are very personable, professional, and timely with all requests. Bill, as he did before, continued to use his great negation skills, strong analytical and advocacy skills, his high level of commitment to my case, and understood my objectives for custody. Once again I received the results I wanted and was given equal time share of my child. There’s lots of choices out there for representation, but if you’re looking for the best, Bratton & Bratton is the answer. I have witnessed Bill’s ability to stay poised, think fast, be sharp, and aggressive when needed in the courtroom. From my observation, these are traits not characteristic of all attorneys. If your loved ones mean something to you, your financial position is important, and you seek a fair and just outcome than Bill and the associates of Bratton and Bratton are the team to hire to get the results you’re looking for.

Bill Bratton has been my right hand and saving grace regarding all matters custody over the past five years. He expertly navigates through every issue, every time we are brought back to court by my contentious ex husband. Having helped me through the last battle two years ago and more recently this last month, Bill answered my panicked phone calls, frustrated emails and took care of everything in order to prepare us for success. He was there for me all along the way, and never once did I feel like my attorney was unreachable. The staff at Bratton’s firm is impeccable, professional and genuinely invested in what is best for my son and I. They never made me feel intimidated or like “just another client.” I received all the personal attention that my case required, which was quite a lot, and was in constant contact with Bill all along the way. Our case is quite dramatic with a lot of very particular and unique issues regarding schedules and logistics. Bill was attentive, diligent and extremely detailed organized when it came to the case, prep work and presenting in court. He did not miss a beat and I did not feel that I needed to remind or clarify anything. He knew the ins and out of this monster of a case and handled it with skill. We were in constant contact, as issues developed and I felt prepared and well equipped to face mediation as well as court because of Bill’s guidance and true expectations of the case and possible outcome. Bill guided me through the process and helped me adjust my own emotional attachment to all of this horrible experience by showing me the reality of what was occurring and what would be. It was business and that was very important to me. He did not get emotional but kept it all about my son and made sure to steer me back onto that path when I went on an emotional tangent. I have been through the gauntlet with my ex husband unfortunately and without Bill’s knowledge and experience of the case, my ex husband, the court but even in particular to our judge- I would have been lost. I never felt once that he was forcing me to “settle” for what I wanted but I do know that he was very realistic with me which I appreciated. There were no surprises because I was prepared by the best. I will continue to work with Bill Bratton as long as I need to and having used other attorneys in the past- there is no one better that would even compare or come close to the professionalism, but also humanism that I felt from Bill as well as his entire staff. This is an emotionally exhaustive process and having someone to hand the stressful laborious and all together intimidating parts of any child custody issues off to it absolutely priceless. I was able to remain present with my son and be Mom through the entire lengthy process of court dates because I knew I was in the best hands with Bill and his team.
