Fries never taste fresh. Worst ones ever. Service is good. Great milkshakes. However, I need tasty fries with my burger.

Management at this establishment is beyond rude. After the manager (who was working the window) shoved a half full drink holder at me, causing it to spill in my lap, she did not offer to replace my drink or apologize. I was then asked to pull forward (again, not the first time this has happened) while I waited for my shakes. THERE WAS NO ONE IN LINE BEHIND ME IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. I get home to find that there was no receipt, we were missing chicken tenders and one of the burgers was mushed. Save your money, go eat somewhere else. Anywhere else is better than here.

I love Braums grocery products. Fresh and really good prices on dairy and breakfast prices. Very convenient place to pick up some quality food. Fast and convenient and priced to compete with full service grocery stores.

One manager talk to the employees rudely, i feel better progress with alittle respect, ask don't demand. Chicken club sandwich hardly had any mayonnaise on it, and my 4 cheese was dry no sauce at all.
