When I walked in I was not greeted, while waiting to have my order taken, l was ignored until the two teenage employees got done talking about her nails that she had gotten painted. When I was getting my soda and ketchup area was a total mess. When looking for a table I noticed that most of the tables were not clean and there were napkins and food debris in places on the floor. The burger was awesome made just as requested. The fries were overcooked and brown and not golden brown. But they were warm. Trash cans were full as well.

What a great place.  1st time here - traveling from out of state.  Food was very fresh and tasty - EXTREMELY GREAT PRICES.  Clean restaurant and bathrooms.  Would come again if ever back this way again!!

A small vanilla & chocolate yogurt twist cone is only $1.20. It's one of the best bargains in Springfield. My weight from this weekend's indulgence was proof this morning.

Good God. Most horrible scrambled eggs I’ve had from Braums ever. How long have these been sitting out? They aren’t even warm. If I wasn’t already running late, I would take them back.

Good food. Fast and friendly service. You can get a shake with your meal instead of a soft drink, for the same price! They have a little market inside if you need a few basic fresh groceries, which seems kind of different, but it works. No complaints. Five stars for Braum’s!

Food is consistently decent and inexpensive. Try the fro-yo, it's delicious! I understand that finding enough staff to do so is hard, but this location could benefit from a really good deep clean....windows, glass fronts and common area surfaces are always dirty or sticky. Floors in the grocery area could use extra love as well. Current staff is always kind and helpful.

A little bit disappointed with the sandwiches and the French fries. But our shakes were great!

You must try their ice cream, it’s amazing! I’ve got the Candy Bar Sundae with Reese’s and hot fudge. It’s unique. The price is great too. The place is clean, organized and not crowded. Service is amazing and team very kind. We’ve also had a burger which was really good and their fries are also very unique. Definitely a place to go back as many times as you can.

They have put me in the hospital twice after swearing up and down there were NO PICKLES on my food. They quite honestly have never gotten my order correct after over a dozen times I've been there and God forbid they ever give you napkins in the drive through forcing a turnaround and having to go in. Giving Braums another dime will effect my self respect. I have been in the Industry for over 36 years. This was not said out of lack of experience

Great food.  Like the small store.  Easy get off work get store then home.  Applying jobs big no.  Applied to many times.  Paper and more.  The stores offer paper applications should stop saying go online only if provide both.  If not hiring just say so.  Not mislead people.  Saves everybody time.  Upsets less customers.  Unless its common goal to.
