This place was great for the evening treat we were looking for. The staff was very professional, respectful and kind. The strawberries on my Sunday were really good and my husband was happy to find his favorite flavor of ice cream. It was oddly nice to have the market in there although we didn't need anything. I could see if you wanted dinner for the kids and needed a few things from the store that this place would be a good send.

For a fast food/ice cream restaurant, they do a fairly good job at making burgers. On this visit we just got two ice cream cones and were very pleased, as usual. Previously I have gotten burgers here and it can be hit and miss, as far as the freshness of the burger you get. Only complaint regarding ice cream is that they have ran out of the chocolate frozen yogurt twice that I have visited in the last few months. Overall, I will go here any day for ice cream, and occasionally for the food.

We always have good service there until tonight! Tanya was the one "trying to help" with our order, but an she did was nothing... she was trying to do everything without doing it... She was really slow and did not understand our order at all. But thank to Doug our service was fast, he did get us what we wanted, not like Tanya, she was to slow and just really helpless! Thank Doug!

I ordered a crispy chicken salad. It was nice and big but they only allowed you ONE pkg to go with it. That is not enough for that salad. So I went to ask for another one which is what I do at McDonald's or Wendy's ect and they just GIVE it to me. Not here. I had to pay another 65¢ for a PKG of dressing. My husband needed another dressing for his too but refused to pay that much or anything for extra dressing. So he tried to eat it dry. Couldn't do it so he jus didn't eat it period wasting half of it. Unless Braums changes this I will never eat here again because I am a salad eater. I will be needing 2 pkgs of dressing and I won't pay extra for a dressing when other eating joints are happy to give it to me. I seriously am not a complainer at all and I hesitated to even post this. I was just shocked.

As always the ice cream is phenomenal however I do have to bring into question the cleanliness of this particular store. Crumbs were left on the tables and floors, the cleanest table that i sat at had splashes of left over from whoever was before me. Some of the staff seemed to be a bit inpatient. If I'm in the area again I'd much rather go to the Spangles on the other side of the hotel between the two.
