I typically love Braum's but this experience was the most illogical I have ever experienced. Asked for BBQ bacon burger that originally came with pepper jack cheese and asked to substitute it for american/cheddar or whatever else they had that did not have jalapeño. Was told by the assistant manager they didn't have a button on the computer for it so they couldn't do it....uhhh...I then asked if she could just tell the cook to make the adjustment and was told they couldn't do it because they just can't there isn't  a button for it.... Really?!? Walked out and am now eating somewhere else... Just couldn't believe it... Cant stop shaking my head over it... Flabbergasted completely....

LOVE Braum's and the family has made a tradition of stopping off at the Hugo location on travels through the area.  Great ice cream, burgers, etc., and staff in Hugo are very nice.

Great burgers and a very friendly staff. Fast service! Neat and clean.

The burgers and fries and food items can be fair to good depending. The ice cream is very good.
