Love the food fresh ingredients and large portions for a salad. Well worth the money and a hit with the locals. I see why they’re always busy during lunch. Lowered my 5 stars because some of them are very smart when you ask questions or give you attitude for absolutely no reason. Food is still great
I ordered door dash from here. Half of the order was missing and my daughter’s quesadilla was burned and they refused to do anything about it.
This place is right next to a job that I was doing in Buford. After not caring for the place that one of the guys picked on the first day there, I decided to try Bravo. Now, I'm really not that big on Mexican food and most always trying the nachos or Taco salad. I have eaten a lot of Taco salad at many a different Mexican places and in the last couple years, have just been settling on the nachos. Our first day at Bravo, there were four of us. One of the guys got the Taco salad made just like mine. We both agreed that , that was the best Taco salad we ever had. Went back to Bravo 4 more times and had the same thing. Awesome job, Bravo !
The food was good while it lasted. Where are they now? After three trips to this business, I am disappointed that the dated sign on the door doesn't offer any explanation about this company's status. There aren't even any online postings to indicate what happened to Bravo Mexican Grill .... What a disappointment
As much as I love the food here, the staff always seems to come off as rude!! And today was just one of those days, where I could not brush off the rudeness. So I have no intentions on returning anytime soon. I normally eat here at least weekly/biweekly, but the staff has spoiled my appetite here for a while!
Absolutely delicious. Our 1st time there. Didn't know it was chipotle style so the options were a bit overwhelming when you have to decide on the spot but no a big deal. Awesome place and will definitely go back many times.
Really good and affordable Chipotle/Qdoba style restaurant.Food: 5/5
First time here, went 30 minutes before closing so no line. I eat very healthy so no cheeses, creams, etc. for me. Pretty good food albeit you could always cook cheaper at home. All drinks are a bit expensive I just drink free water anyways, chips just to try it aren't served warm and were sweet by itself--cheaper to eat at home but I liked how clean it was. Also, some lady's review complained about masks-- you don't eat with your mask on, just wear one when ordering; that is so petty.
Place used to be great. As a single father it was my go to place when I just didn’t have time to cook for my 8 year old. All my daughter would get is a kid bowl with rice, beans and shredded cheese. The only specific thing I ask for is a large portion of salsa on the side because my daughter likes to dump the whole portion into her bowl. This lady there looks at me like I’m a begger and murmurs to the server something. I asked what and she gave me an attitude saying it’s extra. I said ok but i’ve never been charged and i would like to know how much. I blew it off because it wasn’t a big deal. It wasn’t until the second time around a few weeks later. I had a long day at work I go in to get a bowl for my daughter and a new sever was basically counting each grain of rice and beans and a teaspoon of chicken. I didn’t even say anything b/c I realized he was new and he was just doing what he was being told. The same lady then tells me yes the portion is low and adjusts it by taking a small cup they use for the sauce to measure how much chicken my daughter was going to get for her dinner. I just left and will never go to this place again. Just like much of their employees have left. I wonder why?
I have been eating hear for awhile now as an alternative to the other burrito places. The food is usually good. The customer service is not the best. They might as well have robots working there. The work place is sometimes messy. The prices are okay. For me it has been a love hate thing going here. I love the food, but the service is just not good. I won't be back anytime soon, because on my last trip there I found 2 hairs from the womans making my food inside of my food as I ate it. The customer service that I got was sorry, do you want us to remake it or do you want a refund? I was disgusted that I almost ingested someone else's hair that I asked for my money back. They made no attempt to try to get me to come back another day or even tell me what they would do to prevent this from happening again. That pretty much did it for me. You can't expect people to support your business and not take care of the locals that keep the lights on. The food is good when there are no hairs in the food. The customer service for me has always been an issue. This is my 2 cents.
