A surprising and wonderful experience! The staff was excited to teach me about Brazilian specialties and what went into the food I ordered. I cook gave my a really great sausage to sample while I was waiting for my order to arrive. The servers were lively and helpful as well. I enjoyed listening to them speak in rapid fire Portuguese. This will be a regular stop for as I explore the rest of the inviting menu.

Went there for lunch with some of my family members, we were sat at our table and waited about 15 minutes before anyone came over to ask us anything, I informed them we were waiting on two more people to show up, which they did about 5 minutes later, fast forward another 15 minutes until anyone came around again, we finally order and wait and wait and wait and wait until finally we ask how much longer and we were told it would be another 10 minutes, which was really 20. We had to tell the waitress to bring bread out again while we wait which she did begrudgingly, the time we were told elapsed and then some so we all get up to leave and I ask what I owe for drinks and see who I presume to be the owner observing the interaction, only after seeing I had received my change does he come over and tell me it would be ready in 2 minutes, I let him know we had waited over an hour to which he responded it's busy. I turned and looked and asked busy where? There were two other tables seated and the rest of the place was empty. I saw plenty of people come in after us and get their food and just while we were waiting to have someone come ask us for our drinks. I don't have to work in food service to know that you forgot to make our order and were now struggling to make up for lost time. I've often wondered when people say if I could give it ZERO stars I would how bad a place can be, this is exactly why. Horrible customer service and no accountability when confronted with the fact that their service is atrocious. Plenty of better restaurants nearby that make better food with excellent service.

My name is Silencio, I've been eating here since February 2007 and the food is the best,the staff and the owners are the best and I can say that I love them very much, so please stop by so you can enjoy great food an great customer service, thank you
