Initially the parking experience was ok but upon exit this went belly up, The arm stopped working and it wouldn’t read our ticket,so the attendant that came to help questioned the tickets validity saying we could of copied it into our phones! Then they guy took our credit card and walked off to the office out of sight,not a good experience at all and won’t be going back.

I got hung up on when I called to get a question answered about how to go about getting a refund because I waited 36 minutes in the garage because the arm broke and would not go up. They made me pay for that time. The 2 customer service people I spoke with where very rude about the whole conversation. DO NOT PARK HERE!

Rude and sarcastic. Unhelpful staff who mock you for losing a ticket.

This garage is awful... the traffic light to exit into the city never lets more that 2-3 cars out at a time and it takes at least an hour to get out from level 3+

Swell if you have a permit.  overpriced if you dont. For event parking look around the neighbourhood for better options
