Got a heck of a lot of shops here, that's for sure. Every big box outlet under the sun is here, from Target to Kohl's to Palis Royal to, well you get it. Plenty of restaurants to eat at after shopping too.

Only issue is the interstate system running down the middle is small and under construction, so expect heavy delays around rush hour. Wait, why is it called rush hour again when you're moving slow? 💭

If you want to avoid that, take Crabb River Road and the connecting FM 762? Or Alt 90 and some loop road in through Richmond depending on which side you're closer to. Might help skip the traffic :)

If it weren't for construction on Hwy 59 causing traffic problems thru Brazos Town Center I would have given a 5 star. Has pretty much all I need at the Center...grocery store, liquor store, hardware store, and lots of great places to eat.

Smaller stores but with kind sales staff. My favorites Ultra, Home Goods, and Target.
The best restaurants in the mall are Olive Garden and Gringos. And of course there are three banks. Cinematic has an updated Theatre with nice lounge recliner seats. It is never crowded and is much less than AMC.

Brazos had a little bit of everything for everyone. From sushi to sephora, fast food to dine in, clothes, groceries gas and more. Convenience in location.

Fairly easy to find parking. Shops are within walking distance of each other and there are several shops to eat at!
