Receptionist was really sweet and the place is clean. However, when I talked to Dr. Janzi about the problems I was having, he and the assistant spent the majority of the time laughing at what I had to say. I know, that sounds unreal. I needed help managing allergies with a pet, and I felt mocked any time I mentioned it because they'd just....laugh? Like, not the friendly, wholesome kind. He made a lot of condescending remarks about the whole pet thing and made sure I knew my problem was stupid. I don't think it was even that crazy. especially if you have pets you care about and want to keep. I just needed help and guidance. 

It was a really awkward and uncomfortable environment. And even if they did not mean to be rude, it all seemed unprofessional. He even made strange comments about my eyes, which wasn't.... at all relevant to the issue. I don't have enough experience to tell if he is excellent at what he does, but I would advise finding a doctor who is at least decent to you AND good at their job. Hope other people have had better luck with him because I'm not sure what went wrong here.

TL;DR Doctor laughed at most things I had to say. It was very surreal, definitely my weirdest experience at any medical practice.
