The doctor was great. But everybody seemed so rushed! I waited 15 min. to get in through the first set of doors. Then waited 20 more min. in the inside lobby. Even the ultrasound was super quick, which, given that it was our first.. wasn't ideal. Then I tried calling the office with a request for the nurses. Spent overall over an hour on hold, left a message, talked with a nurse who promised to call back, no call back. Leaving this place for Scott & White clinic - they'll treat you right!
