I've used BPS on an alarm system for a business in the past and was provided excellent service. I will be using them on a new business we are opening and would recommend them to anyone.

12/19/2015- Locked keys in my truck at Surfside. Patrick came out and got my door open in 5 minutes. Very fast and I was happy. He said, that will be $70 even. 
I look at my credit card statement today and was charged $80. I called once and was told someone would get back to me. I had to call back 3 hours later. Finally Patrick calls me and tells me that his son told me it would be $75 on the phone. I did not talk to his son. My roomate called the service for me. Patrick called me a liar about talking to his son. :-(   I was like, ok then why is this going from &70 to $75 and now I'm charged $80. He said his prices went up a couple of months ago and he must have forgotten. Then he stood there after unlocking my truck and said that will be $70 even. So yes this is why I am surprised at the $80 charge on my card. He denies saying that also.. so I guess I am wrong on both issues and called a liar.   Such a shame to treat your customers this way. I will rot on the side of the road before I call this service again. Very poor !!!!

I work for this business and I would like to say that the review posted about Patrick's work does not apply to this business at all. We do not have an employee named Patrick, and have no affiliation whatsoever with the person named as Patrick in the review.
