We were out fishing in the Gulf and my son got a hook in his hand. We were 15 miles away from land so I looked them up. Called to make sure they could get us in and they could. We got there 10 minutes before closing time on a Sunday. Brenda at the front desk was awesome. She got all our paperwork done and got my son back into a room quick. I am sorry that I did not catch the nurses name but she was awesome as well. Dr. Long was all business and kept us updated every step of the way as to what she was doing. Very compassionate and we were very well taken care of. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing medical care! Thanks again

I will never walk into that place again. It's a joke, did not wanna check my daughter for bronchitis just wanted to talk about her weight. So now my daughter has to wait another day to see a doctor

I have taken my child to this urgent care a couple of times and yesterday was the first negative experience we've had there. When we arrived there was a different receptionist than the one whose usually there. As she was checking to see if all our info was up to date I told her for legal purposes I needed to add my child's bio father as an emergency contact. She proceeded to tell me that it was ok and I didn't have to do that (I'm guessing she just didn't feel like changing it) I then had to tell her no it's not ok I have a court order to follow. The wait wasn't too long in the waiting room but we did sit in the exam room for a good 30 minutes before the dr (who could be heard outside chit chatting for a good amount of that time) came in to see us. And now here comes the worst part of our experience. Nurse Practitioner Dr. Joy Tello. She is the rudest, most unprofessional dr I have ever been to in my life. She came in and actually started out pretty nice playing with my daughter. That is the only positive thing I have to say. She then asked me what her symptoms were and I proceeded to tell her that she had a fever that I had first attributed to teething. She cut me off right there and told me no, there is no such thing as a teething fever. At the point she no longer wanted to listen to anything that I had to say. I told her multiple times that RSV was going around her daycare, and she just ignored me. She told me she would run a throats culture to test for strep and I again asked what about RSV to which she replied "oh yeah I guess we can do that too". She also did not allow me to try and calm down my one year old child while she was doing the exam, she was just rushing through everything. The cherry on top of this visit was when she became very judgemental about a personal parenting/medical choice I had made for my daughter and then proceeded to gossip about it with other staff outside of the exam room. I know this is not the first time someone has complained about her discussing confidential patient information very loudly where other patients and staff can hear and she will be looking at a lawsuit if she keeps it up. I do have to say the nurse that saw us first was very friendly,informative and professional, unfortunately I do not remember her name. While I do recommend this urgent care facility I also recommend that you asked to be seen by someone other than Dr Tello.

I've taken my baby here a couple times and staff was really nice to my son and me. The most we have waited was about 15 minutes.

Never been to this place ,After talking to the lady on the phone.She was rude ,short and ready to get off the phone with me.So im not even going to give them a chance,If people can't deal with the public they should have chosen a better profession.
