Story

Brazoswood High School opened in September 1969, to serve the communities of Clute, Lake Jackson, and Richwood in the Brazosport Independent School District (BISD). The faculty consists of 182 professional staff members, with an average of seventeen years of teaching experience. Twenty one percent of our teachers have Master's Degrees. The facilities are situated on a 100-acre campus in the Brazosport area located approximately 50 miles south of Houston on the Gulf Coast

The Brazoswood High School Official Site Facebook fan page is provided for the district community by Brazoswood High School employees. We will update this page as often as possible to share video stories about student engagement in the classroom and information about upcoming events, student and staff achievements and special notices. The Brazosport ISD website (www.brazosportisd.net) will still be the best place for you to access the most comprehensive information about the district and Brazoswood High School in particular. We encourage you to visit that site often. All posting of comments on this page are at the discretion of the page administrators. The intent of this policy is not to keep any negative or critical information from being posted, but to protect the privacy and rights of Brazosport ISD students and staff.
