I have been very pleased with this office and their staff. After coming a few times you get to know everyone by name and they know you by name too.  They work as a team and everyone gets along giving a positive atmosphere. They do have private rooms but I like they also have a large area where we all do our various exercises together. This helps me when you see someone else struggling but sticking to it. It makes your therapy easier. They use a variety of tools and techniques to get you better ASAP. Some examples are Dry Needling, pool, exercise balls and weights. I  appreciate their attentiveness and one on one approach to get you going. I have found they give me the tools to move like I should and strengthen my body now and in the future.

Absolutely horrible billing situation. They outsource their billing to some third party billing company who is terrible. Consistently billing for the wrong codes, and they never pickup the phone, or call you back. When I called the Breakthrough office, their office staff had no clue how to fix the situation, and rather than solving the problem, just referred me back to the useless third party billing company.

Continue to call them for a few days and leave messages on their machine for them to call back because I need to change an appointment and not a single call back!. Phone rings twice and goes to voicemail.
