I went to see Rachel at Breathe Wellness after suffering with chronic pain and other muscular issues. Rachel used a variety of techniques that seemed to balance the body and all the muscles in the body. It was never painful when she worked on the areas that were hurting me. The massage we gentle and didn't feel intense, which is normally what I like. It was more relaxing and soothing, taking me to another place. I actually fell asleep. The results were better than any message I have ever had. The muscular pain was gone immediately and the chronic pain subsided within a day or so and has not returned! I will go for a follow up and continue to work on some muscular tightness as a preventive measure and I believe Rachel will help keep me in a good state of wellness.
