Breazeale is one of the worst places I have ever lived at. Management and maintenance will harass you like you wouldn’t believe over stuff they can’t even back up. For example, I mowed and weeded my yard including the one foot out around my place like I have always done and got a citation for not mowing my yard and weeding it the very next day. Regarding other citations I confronted him and management for clarification as I had no clue what they were talking about and they couldn’t even tell me what they cited me for or point it out. He’s even cited another person in the park for not mowing the vacant lot that is behind them beyond the one foot something the lazy maintenance guy is responsible for. He will daily sit in front of your place for 10 minutes or better and just stare at you or your place just trying to find something to ding you with. In my case, he’ll never find it. He is a drain on the park as he will never fix anything. I and others have been on his case about getting things the park is responsible for fixed but he blows us off telling us he doesn’t know how to do it then tries to get even by giving out citations to those who confront him I guess hoping we’ll leave him alone. Management is never/rarely there and is extremely unfriendly and difficult to deal with. Only goes off at how much she hates working at the place, the people who live here and blows up at you if you confront her for anything. I hate coming home because of the undo stress of knowing I am going to have to deal with these stupid people this place hires. They claim it is for the betterment and safety of the place but they won’t even fix things that violate that own claim for safety and hire people who make you and your family feel unsafe through the constant stalking. Don’t believe them at all. In short, if you don’t want to be constantly harassed and stalked, have your kids confronted or harassed by this creepy maintenance guy, or live in a constant state of stress and lack of feeling safe, DO NOT MOVE HERE OR RENT HERE!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! I have never had this much trouble from the place until they hired these people/garbage. They all need to be fired! I would of thought corporate would have wanted people to feel welcomed and safe, not drive them away through harassment and threats. It is no wonder everyone is selling or pulling their mobile homes out at a high rate here. I cannot wait to be the next person out of here!

Literally the worst trailer park in Laramie. No snow removal, the streets around are not all paved, most expensive, the manager is nasty to people and is very good at putting on a front pretending to be nice. She is an expletive but I'm not going to write it out. She is just mean to people. If you are late for rent, you are charged insane late fees. I mean, go to pay it on time at 4:55 and she isn't there, then she has the audacity to charge you a late fee. They don't take care of their own property. They own several trailers and if not occupied they rarely mow the lawn. They are the most expensive park in town and nearly the trashiest. They also habe no option to pay rent online. Don't move here, even if desperate. No.

Our stay here has not been pleasant at all.. The people that live here are very friendly and I have enjoyed them. The management themselves have not been pleasant at all.. been here a very short time and ready to move on

TERRIBLE!! Manager was never there, and was hard to get a hold of even via phone, email, and office. She sold a home from under me, and it took two weeks of leading me on before she said I didn't get it. She said that I didn't need to put a deposit down on the home as long as I get my application to live in the community that day. I did so, yet she still sold it. The manager isn't the only problem. RH-Properties and Bayshore Home Sales are to blame. I tried contacting corporate and even the CEO four times, and no one would help me or even get back to me. What a TERRIBLE community, manager, company, and affiliates. STAY AWAY! Never deal with them. You will not be pleased. Don't let my mistake happen to you.
