Called just now and i was told by the lazy owner's wife who obviously didn't feel like working that this was the emergency line, maybe she thought I was calling her husband. She is an idiot, she just threw away a 5 million job. 14-A Alma Come and see the work you just threw away. Beside I am your neighbor so I will be seeing a lot of them. I will call their competition give them the business.I guess she is making a lot of money!

Called in a leaky valve and got a next day visit, fixed on the spot. Great mid-season service, very knowledgeable will call again in the future. I do not understand the negative reviews. Thank you

Called at noon to report an active leak and they said someone would be out that night. Called again that night they said it was scheduled for the following day. Its now been 40 hours and they still haven't shown up. Call anyone else.

Wait till you get the bill!!! 
The furnace problem was identified within 5 minutes...after removing cover ( 2 screws).  It was the electrode!!.  Two phone calls were made to suppliers for parts in my presence (TWO HOURS LONG) because technician was interrupted  by other personal and job calls...Guess who paid for it!!!! at close to 150 dollars an hour..ME!!!!
Customer: Since you can't  find the part let me order it on-line
Tech: Oh No!!! you can't order that part from the net.!!!  you have to be a licensed tech.
 A COMPLETE LIE:  I did order to have an extra one at $10.17 and arrived at the same time as his.  HIS COST on my bill about $115.00... one would expect perhaps double the cost plus shipping....go figure out how a 10.17 part becomes a 115 charge...
A job lasting 45 minutes with a 10 dollars part resulted in an invoice for 463 dollars.!!
This is how this company takes advantage of summit county property owners!!! AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!!!
