I had elevation sickness and visited the medical center just after opening time. I was taken care of right away and the nurse, doctor and office staff were friendly and professional.  They accepted my insurance and dispensed medicine (had to pay, not a covered pharmacy).  Overall very efficient, well run facility.

The staff here are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The best experience I have had at an urgent care type place.

Total misdiagnosis of my one year old. When I would say those symptoms aren't present she would respond "just wait, they will show". They never showed. I would ask what to give him, Tylenol just Tylenol. The other crazy part was there was a student with learning her rushed misdiagnoses. Seemed good for snowboarding injuries, not very good for children.

Do not take your children here unless they have a ski injury or an absolute emergency! As a RN this place was terrifying. Nurses showed complete incompetence, and the doctor we saw seemed pretty clueless. I really don’t know how this place is open and hasn’t been sued.

Very friendly and efficient staff that had me processed, tested for the flu, and out the door with a prescription I  less than an hour!
