This place should be called a medical center instead of hospital. We went in to get x-ray of ankle and waited 1 1/2 hour for nothing.. was told it'll be awhile because they're full. We were only ones there.
Drove to Twin Lakes and got in in 10 minutes.

This place is the absolute worst health care facility ever!  Zero respect for privacy.. Actually witnessed er Dr. Zan Lee make fun of a mentally ill patient... Sad..

My grandmother is in the nursing facility at this organization. They take great care of her. It's actually rated a 5 star facility by US NEWS.

This place is ridiculous. I will never go back. 1st I took my son who had a decent gash above his eye I was thinking he needed glue. But they gave him a band aid. I thought well ok maybe it's not as bad as I thought. (He has a indentation there now. Then my fiancé went when he sliced his knuckle open with a knife definitely needed stitches. The doctor didnt even look at it just came to the door and said yeah glue will work. They wiped it off put 1 tube of glue on it. Bled through, then they put another tube of glue on it still bled through. The glue came off that night. Now it is swollen and hurts even to the touch. He cannot bend that finger. Needless to say we are going somewhere else today.

NO STARS BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE ONE TO BE ABLE TO POST.  Worst "medical facility" I've been to. Unfortunately my husband and I have both sought medical care here.  I went for a severe UTI, one other person with a broken toe was there waiting. They took them first and after about 45 minutes of me running to the bathroom (dirtier than a gas station by the way) I was never seen by the one doctor that was there so I left. My husband went once and got a bunch of tests run but the ONE doctor that was on staff didn't have a clue what to do so they put him on the Medi-Flight to Louisville where they figured out what was wrong. Another time he had to be driven to Louisville to Baptist East so they could diagnose him. I don't know how this place is still open.
