These guys are classic summit county skumbags, give you one price when it's mud season and as soon as the tourists show back up they jack up the rent.....

Clean, dry, secure, well looked after. Paul is professional, easy to work with, and a fantastic caretaker. Plus, bonus, the views are better than anywhere else. We felt that our possessions were safe here and easy to access anytime we needed to pick something up or drop something off. Plus, we loved knowing that Paul was there looking after everything. Highly recommended.

Don't even waste your time with these heathens. They will hound you for every last penny. Paul was/is the only good thing about the place. The owner is from Texas and apparently has never had his ass kicked, cause he has the attitude of a true diva.
