Fantastic! Everyone here truly cares about the patients. I come about every other month for 'tune ups'. I love the emphasis on exercise and rehab to help with the healing.

I cannot begin to tell you how incompetent this place is. So I've wasted half a day because of this crappy skills and still makes it seem like its my fault when I call to remedy the situation. Terrible practice, miserable people that can't do their jobs. Smhh!

Awesome people that starts with the girls at the desk. The Doctors,physical therapy people and the massage girls are all awesome. Even the Young lady that likes giving people shots is awesome. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Adam Mack. First, I like to Express my appreciation for what Dr. Mack and the other doctors have done on my behalf while I've been going to Brecksville Physical Medicine for over 15 years. I know I am NOT an easy patient for them because I have been doing garage door work for 35 years. It is extremely heavy work and I normally have to look straight up most of the time. Because of that I have neck and back problems. Since the damage has already been done, it does not take much for my back or neck to hurt me or to get out of place. That is where Dr. Mack, and Dr. Gash come in. If it was not for their concern and the kind expert care they have been giving me, I probably would be so much worse than I am right now. They have a wonderful receptionist staff. The three girls Maggie, Rachel, Stephanie, are really awesome and take good care of me before and after my visit. They also have many on staff to help in the back offices to make sure that everything runs smoothly for the receptionist as well as the doctors. You don't get to see a lot of them but I know over the years I have gotten to know them and they work hard to help out. Then we have the massage therapists, Savannah, Jesse, Britney, and Justin, they are great at making you feel better. Not only are they caring, but their goal is to make you feel good long term. If you know anything about massage therapy from any one in that profession, you will know that when they are working on you it may be sore for a little while but when you leave them you are feeling so much better. The rest of the staff, get you where you need to go, and show you how everything works so that you have the best visit. I am happy to send people to them because I know how good they are and how much they care. The whole group at Brecksville Physical Medicine, are honest, humble, and are experts in their field. I love it here because everybody works as a team, like one big happy family. They work hard for the patients and have one goal In mind, that is to make the patients feel the best that they can. This doctor's office has my best wishes for the future. They will be here for a long time. And I am thankful for that! Sincerely, Mark Musarra
