I cannot say enough great things about Bredemann Toyota.  We own 2 Toyota vehicles, one purchased at Bredemann and one not.  I will never go to another dealer again.  The customer service at Bredemann Toyota is superior to any other dealer I have ever been.  The service department is friendly and helpful and gets you in and out in a timely fashion.  I just took our Sienna in for regular servicing last night and my service consultant was Mark Glinka and he was great!  He was very professional and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout my visit.  Another great experience from Bredemann Toyota.

Recently we had our 2009 Matrix in for repairs due to an oil consumption issue. Service consultant Richard Vasquez provided us with exemplary service! This was an extensive engine repair and Richard thoroughly explained all the details and costs, making sure there were no surprises! He provided us with a brand new loaner and the work was completed on time and for the quoted price. We are always satisfied with Richard's level of customer care!

Charlie Schiller was a terrific help in narrowing down the perfect car for us. He kept in great contact and he was fully understanding of the fact that I have never financed a car from a dealer. He let us take our time walking the lot, but also had a good list of cars that fit our preferences before we even arrived to look through the inventory. He did a great job explaining all of the options, financing, and certification warranties. It was a completely pressure-free experience. I will definitely be buying my next car from Bredemann again, more specifically, from Charlie. I will also be recommending him to any friends I hear looking for a new or used vehicle.

I've been servicing my car at Bredemann Toyota for almost a decade. Its convenient location, extended service hours, knowledgeable, and fast service are only a few of the positive things to say about this place. I recommend checking their website where you can find service specials and can also schedule an appointment. What else is great is if car needs to have bigger repair done, you will always be offered a loaner. The above reasons and the convenience factor support made my decision to choose this service center over any other

Had a great experience with purchasing a car from Bredemann this past weekend. Came in with a general idea of what I wanted and Larsen was very helpful and informative in helping find the perfect car for me. I never felt rushed and he was able to answer all my questions about the different cars they had. After picking out the car that I wanted for a great price I met with Jesus to go over the financing and to sign the contract. Jesus did a very good job of explaining my contract and answering questions. Ultimately, I left the dealership with an amazing deal on a great car and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and customer service that Larsen and Jesus provided. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
