I drove to Columbia from Kansas City in search of a Prom Dress. We got there around 4:30 pm on Friday 03/31/17. They asked if we had an appointment, we did not ( I am new to prom) They told us they closed at 5 due to spring break.... All information I saw online still said 6. and we could browse but they could not get into a room. The young lady who greeted us was very pleasant. And seemed as though she sincerely wanted to help. That is the only reason I am giving two stars. I would think there would be some consideration due to my two hour drive but there wasn't. Not much assistance offered while browsing either. We got up the next morning and drove to Osage beach where we received 200 % better customer service.

We showed up without an appointment to look at prom dresses. The staff warmly and quickly welcomed my daughter and me. One of the first questions they asked her was where she attended high school as they do not sell more than one style per school to avoid duplication. My daughter had a few pictures of dresses she was interested in, and the staff knew exactly where to find them. Her experience was fantastic. Not rushed, at times had 3 different staff members waiting to offer her feedback. Found the perfect shoes and accessories, as well. Thanks for a great experience!

As it being my first prom experience the ladies were very nice. I didn't have an appointment and I only waited 30 minutes for a fitting room. There is a very big variety and selection of different name brand and styles of dresses. The prices are very reasonable as well. Loved it!

The only place I trust to help me look my best for formal events like prom! The clothing is gorgeous and everyone there is always so helpful and nice!

Wow, this shop is beautiful! BEST SELECTION OF PROM AND BRIDAL, hands down. I can't wait to go back!
