Brendan was very pleasant and professional! He and Al came to do an initial estimate of the work I needed done. They both listened, were kind, made great suggestions and were extremely knowledgeable!  They scheduled a time, were prompt and did an amazing job! My bathtub and new piping looks great.  Services affordable, Completely satisfied and would call again if needed!

Craig, Will, and Alex did a great job installing my new dishwasher.  Home Depot could not install it due to the slightly elevated floor.  However, Brendan Walsh Plumbing was able to access the situation on the same day that I called a Saturday and return on Monday for the installation.  Home Depot also left a part for the installation, but Craig had the part in his truck.  I highly recommend Brendan Walsh Plumbing.

After my usual plumber botched a job and decided to try to up-sell me an additional service contract rather than fix it, I started looking for a replacement.  Brendan Walsh replied to my inquiry right away.  They told me they didn't really do onsite free estimates, but then got back to me right away to tell me they would be in the area and could come by that afternoon.  They sent an estimate only a few hours later.  They did the job they were hired for but then they fixed  the job my "former" plumber botched and did not charge me.  The cost was about $70 less than my former plumber quoted and they offered a new customer discount as well.  Also noteworthy is that when I scheduled the appointment I told them that I would need to wait a week so that I could pay without difficulty.  They told me that if the problem got worse before that appointment, I should call them and they would come out right away and "figure it out".  Clearly they didn't have to do that and it was truly appreciated.  My experience has been that businesses don't typically go beyond what they have to do and what they are being paid to do.  For all of these reasons I highly recommend Brendan Walsh Plumbing.They are my new plumbing service.

Mr. Walsh and his crew did an excellent job repairing our plumbing problem. Nice guys, repaired our plumbing in a timely manner, good customer service, cleaned up their work. I would recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family.

Thank you for your professional and honest assessment of my sewer line.  I own a rental property were during the annual inspection the township speculated because of a settling walkway the sewer line might be failing.  They referred me to a company who came out and inspected the line shot a video.  The company sent the video to the township who called and said the line needs to be replaced.  I found Brendan Walsh after an online search.  In speaking with Craig, he said he was a master plumber who could certify whether or not the line was failing.  He came out inspected and certified that the line was not failing which saved me over $6,000. It's nice to see there are still companies out there with integrity. Would highly recommend them.

A good experience all around, from initial call to prompt response and highly competent work on a somewhat tricky and antiquated drainage system. I'm sure I will call Walsh Plumbing in the future.  Visit 2: Excellent job on more old piping. Gave a clear and reliable estimate/bid.

Update:  Pretty good for trenchless, but very disappointed with inside work. Brendan Walsh had an estimate for me within 24 hours.Trenchless sewer replacement. Crew ran into many unexpected problems once the sidewalk was removed. Everything handled professionally and timely, even though the real feel temperature was over 100F.  Also had the entire rusted interior sewer line replaced at the same time. Happy with services provided until they started working on a basement bathroom. Roughin is fair. Price kept increasing because other utilities kept needing to be moved. They framed bathroom incorrectly, didn't use pressure treated wood on floor. Did not install bathtub correctly, left a HUGE hole under 1/3 of tub installed sewer ejector pump, it is filled with water again after another rain. Our sump pump was moved, but now the water doesn't even get to that area. Not happy that upstairs bathroom drains into ejector pump, instead of sewer by means of gravity. Not enough venting.

I came in contact with this plumbing company when after a week long battle with HomeServe to  cover and repair my broken sewer pipe and  endless request's for a second opinion they finally approved and sent Brendan Walsh Underground Solutions Greg and several other team members to re-assess my situation. I have over the years had repeated basement floods. All of which have not been fully investigated and repaired by HomeServe's service tech.'s/plumbing companies. Basically, they'd clear the pipe and my homeowner's insurance would repair my home damage. May of 2018 I had such a flood and then had another same type of flood on May 2, 2019. Long story short,Home Serve refused rep's kept refusing to do anything ,putting me off with " I'll take your information and have a supervisor call you " sometimes they'd tell me a time frame but no one ever called back,so I'd call again and get someone else and start the whole process again. Mind you I couldn't use the water in my house and was having to go to hotels,friends,neighbors and public restrooms to use the bathroom,shower etc. all of which HomeServe was aware. Finally, I contacted HomeServes corporate offices and was able to talk to a supervisor that not only deemed what was needed and approved a second opinion. They sent Brendan Walsh Solutions. They cmae out assessed my problem and looked at all my and my plumbers evidence that showed a broken trap and sewer pipe. It was deemed NOT 3rd party damage but a problem that hadn't been investigated and repaired. They got the work order approved by HomeServe and set up today to replace the trap and broken pipe. They came out earlier than planned excavated,located and replaced my trap, and my  broken sewer line in a thorough,professional ,efficient manner in about 4to5 hours. These guy's were great and I will not only use them again but sing their praises to anyone that finds them selves in need of a good Plumber.

For over a year my house has had waste coming from my sump pump.  Throughout the  year I have had six separate visits from various plumbing companies. I had to use the ones my insurance company was sending They all told me that there is "no crack in the sewer line". and that the sump pump is too far away from my sewer line for the waste get into it and that it was just draining what it should be draining- excess rain water.  They would then clean the lines and leave.  For a year, I was having issues; getting foul smells, a gnat problem, neighbors that were very unhappy about that was draining from underneath my house.  Then I called Brandon Walsh plumbing and I spoke to Danny.  I told him everything I told the previous plumbers - the soapy water that came out of sump pump, that it was going off all of the time even when there wasn't rain, the bugs and the odor. I begged him to please help me.  I told him I have young kids and this is a health hazard and I need help getting this fixed.  He assured me he would find the problem and sure enough within 45 minutes of him coming to my house, he found a crack in the line that took dish washer/sink water to the main sewer line.  After his diagnosis of the issue, within the next 72 hours, it was fixed!  This company is WONDERFUL!  Having someone take the time to  listen to me and work with me to figure out was wrong and to get it fixed so quickly  is very uncommon and I am so grateful  for what Danny and this company has done for my home.  Courteous, on time and professional! Highly recommend!
