I have been there a few times and loved their food and hospitality. A well behaved and well trained woman called Romy, served me. She was very kind and hospitable.

The food is tasty and halal. And all staff here they are helpful with smiles and good service. The busser the guy clear table he so kind we will come back here again for sure i recommend you guys;

You know when you go to an expensive or even decent place to eat and you encounter a bad customer service? I thought that this will be just like McD but boy I was wrong! My first experience here made me think of the customer service i used to get in GCC, if you travel a lot you will probably know the difference, they were attentive to details and to special requests and they take their job seriously, the tables were attended and they cleared used tables very quickly, and i noticed during lunch time everyone came here and the other restaurants were not that busy and some are even empty, the staff kept checking on us if we liked the food and gave us extra napkins and refreshing towels. They might be busy but they have standards and they kept up with the high pressure from customers with a smile. Best place so far in that mall, special thanks to the staff, you are amazing.

The staffs of this restaurant is very friendly. Food is very yummy . The chef Mazid is very kind and well trained guy. I would love to go again and again to taste their food. Specially the smashy burger is too good.
