Inflated prices upon arrival. After being called a week before we arrived and told our 3 bedroom cabin was double booked we settled on two smaller cabins. I was told that if we pay in cash, it’s cheaper and was given two prices per cabin. We arrived with cash in hand and were each charged an additional $60 each and because the person we talked to no longer worked here and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to have the owner call me and Art, the gentlemen at the front desk, informed me that the owner won’t talk to me. How convenient. What kind of an owner wouldn’t call someone who was double booked and then charged an additional $120 for a weekend visit? Also, the pipes froze- we woke up Sunday with no running water or working toilet. Then went the entire day without water (no bathroom, no shower, nothing). After telling us that there were no more available units Art informed us around 5:00pm that someone wasn’t going to show and transferred us to another unit so we should have running water and a hot shower. I appreciated that part but overall, it was a disappointing weekend as far as customer service goes. We are not first time customers and usually have decent service. This was incredibly disappointing and we will not be returning. Being over charged after a 6 hour drive is unacceptable, we had no where else to stay. Having no running water or a working toilet for 12 hours was the nail in the coffin, this place needs to get their act together.

We met here for a sxs trail ride. We didn't stay here but I would next time. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable about the trail system.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Booked a cabin almost three weeks in advance. Showed up the day we were supposed to check in and they said they had no record of me being booked and they had no vacancy. I was basically told, tough luck... I showed where the deposit was taken off my credit card and the guy told me he could not give me my deposit back because the owner wasn't there. I said the owner wasn't there when they took the deposit either, to which I was told, too bad... Luckily we found a place down the road that had a cancelation that night and was able to rent a small cabin to us. We were also told by the new place that they get business all the time from Brentwood screwing people over like they did to us. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, OR AT LEAST BE FORWARNED, THEY'RE SCAMMING PEOPLE.
