Victoria is such a wonderful person, let alone a fantastic Attorney. She is very calm and comforting in a process that may not be the same. She is very knowledgeable of the law, and walks you through the entire process while it's happening, as well as what you can expect to come. Her communication is fantastic. I felt like I was her only client the entire time she was my Attorney. She truly listens to what you have to say and takes it to heart. You won't find that with anyone else! She will be the first and only name out of my mouth, to anyone looking for a fantastic family Attorney! She couldn't make the process go any smoother than it did!

First and foremost in writing this review it has been my sincere pleasure to work with Mrs. Breslan and her team. Not only is the Breslan Law Office team very professional, but also very personable and supportive. Of the many life events people may have to endure divorce is by far one of the most stressful events. The tensions and lack of clarity for the future of a divorcee and their children at times can seem unbearable; however when you work with a law team that possess a high caliber of professionalism, and a genuine understanding of the chaos and tension a divorce can put on a person and their family, I can’t express enough how an exceptional attorney truly made a difference in my situation. I originally started my divorce with another attorney in January of 2016, which I eventually terminated in July due to a lack of progress, communication, professionalism, and moral compass, and as exemplified above an exponential increase of unwanted stress. Specifically after 7 months with my original attorney the only thing that was accomplished was filing for the divorce (no parenting plan, marital settlement after 7 months), sold the marital home (I had my divorcing attorney as the closing attorney, so motivation to get the home sold), an abundance of court date letters (with literally no information other than informing me of the next court date) and invoices (payments with no performance). Immediately when I retained Victoria I began to see the progress I would have expected. Within 1 month I had a parenting plan and marital settlement agreement drafted and submitted to my exes attorney for review. Victoria and her staff were always responsive to my requests (call or email within a day or less), and very knowledgeable of my legal rights and responsibilities with regard to the divorce. Victoria is (most notably in the area of her legal expertise) very well versed in legal strategy, and divorce negotiation which helped to promote a win-win for both parties. My case was very complicated with a long term marriage, which could have dragged out easily for a significant amount of time and with excessive costs; however Victoria was able to provide compelling counter arguments, and work well with the opposing attorney to reach a mutual agreement. My divorce was completed within 4 months of retaining Victoria and would have been resolved earlier if not for some of Illinois legal processes. Those searching for an exceptional attorney who will represent you in a family law matter, and who also desires to have an attorney with integrity, compassion, and a moral compass; I cannot recommend Victoria and her team highly enough. As nervous and stressed as the divorce was to me; Victoria and her team’s communication of what was going on, and where she believed the divorce could be resolved helped to ease some of the burdens of how the divorce was effecting personally and professionally. I plan on using Victoria not only for follow up court appearances to my divorce, but am also having her help with my estate planning. Victoria was an amazing attorney! I would recommend her to anyone going through this tough process. She was understanding and caring throughout the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on the current laws and getting me to understand my rights. I loved that she listened to what I wanted but also told me when she thought I was asking for too little or too much. Very fair and never pushed me! Every time I called or e-mailed her she answered or got back to me quickly unlike my first attorney. You can't go wrong with her!

Victoria is the best. Very knowledgeable, forthright and caring as is her office staff. Divorce is NOT easy and new IL laws only complicated the matter even further. After 32 years of marriage my former spouse and I were able to reach an equitable settlement thanks to Victoria’s expertise. Extremely satisfied with the outcome of my case. I highly recommend Breslan Law.

I am glad I chose to use Victoria for my attorney during my divorce. These things are not enjoyable, but Victoria was there for me every step of the way. Because of her I ended up getting the most visitation with my kids. Victoria and Janice are awesome and down to earth. I would highly recommend them.
