Great service.. Food was excellent ! I think the waiter was new but very nice. Beautiful restaurant. This was our 1st time there, we will be back.

Used to be a great place. We always show up to see Nostalgia Cleveland play, they do an absolutely great job and are the life of the place.

Now on to why the restaurant gets one star, I wish I could leave none. Owner is out of control, seen SCREAMING at employees and acting in a very unprofessional and aggressive manner. He can also be seen drinking quite a bit throughout the night, maybe that explains the aggressions. However, COMPLETELY unacceptable. 

He is out of chicken, out of jalepenos, out of mozzarella sticks and more. Such a poor experience, half the menu being unorderable.

While these waiters and waitresses scramble making sure every table is WELL taken care of you can be sure to catch the owner making a scene anyways. I feel terrible for how the employees are treated here. You have to handle a situation? Handle as a business owner, not a psycho. Treat your employees like people.

Good looking restaurant.  Live bands.  Great bar.  Large beer and liquor selection.  Food is fair.

This was our 2nd time here and sadly it was not a very good experience. I had previously been to this bar because they have a solid beer selection and I thought it would be good again. I thought wrong. They seemed reasonably busy for a Friday night, but not overly busy. We must have sat at a table (a group of 4) for at least 10 minutes before even being greeted. The waitress asked what we wanted but we didn't even have a beer list yet. We placed our drink orders and also ordered some food. The food itself was not that great for the money especially the very skimpy sampler platter. My fiancé ordered a Caesar wrap and after about 30 minutes of waiting was told they were "out of wraps".  Instead she ordered a Caesar salad and was served lettuce that was obviously beginning to brown.The waitress was not very attentive and walked away several times when someone was attempting to place another drink order. Basic things such as napkins and silverware were not brought out to us with our food as well. Overall, the beer selection is nice but the service was very mediocre. I'm not a food critic so I will not bash the food, but good service makes all the difference to me even if other aspects aren't all that great. A small, hole-in-the-wall place would be better in my book if they were attentive to customers. For future reference, if I stop here again, it will only be for a beer and I'll make sure to sit at the bar where I will hopefully be noticed and served.
