What great service!! I needed a few stainless steel screws. I asked for help, a nice gentleman brought me to the screw section and helped me find exactly what I needed. Thank you Brewer's for fine service and a hand full of screws for under $2.00. I wouldn't get this at home Depot for sure.

Can you put a value on a local store where they know your name, provide exemplary service, offer advice and have everything you need to get a project completed On your home, boat or almost anything mechanical?
Yes. Yes you can.
For the few cents difference, quality products can be found here instead of the "lowest bidder" junk that comes from the big orange box store.
No searching for an inexperienced orange-aproned person who may or may not "work in this department" .
YOUR time is worth something. Why waste it in a dirty warehouse designed to sell you stuff you don't need?
The Go To place is Brewers.
Always has been too.
Every member of the staff can assist you, or within literally seconds, get you to the person that can. You can ask advice from people who have actually used the products.
YOUR neighborhood hardware store is known beyond our borders as "The place to find it".

Prices are usually higher than the big box stores, but they always have that part you forgot to get on your bigger shopping trips. Also the employees are always willing to help you find what you need (its not always easy to find it yourself here!)

Be sure you buy what you need.   Returns are a problem here
2 years ago I purchase Boat Life Caulk and it wouldn't come out of the tube.   I was told that I was returning my old stuff after buying their new stuff.  Turns out all the caulk was two years old.  Recently it was a quart of $56.99 teak oil which they told me I had opened and was therefore unreturnable.   I returned it as I had taken it off the shelf
