I first met with Brian Perskin in a free consultation to get a better understanding of what might be a reasonable settlement if my wife and I entered into mediation. He was the second attorney I consulted, and the first who seemed both competent and trustworthy. Ours was a seemingly simple case, but Brian took the time to walk me through the range of possible outcomes and patiently answered all of my many questions. He encouraged me to try to reach an agreement with my wife without retaining attorneys, even though ran contrary to his own financial interests. When it became clear that my wife had no intention of using mediation, I retained Brian’s firm and my case was assigned to Dina Botwinick, his senior associate. What we expected to be a straightforward case and a quick settlement turned into a three-year endurance event, as my wife’s attorney did everything possible to delay any movement. By the end, the case had been assigned to three different judges and one referee, and formally adjourned five times, with hearings cancelled or delayed on several other occasions. I had suffered a serious health crisis that, for a time, left me unemployed and insolvent, and Dina had prepared time and again for court appearances that were sabotaged by opposing council on a few hours’ notice. My wife’s attorney consistently refused to even discuss a settlement until every possible delay had been exhausted and we appeared for trial. Only then, and only by his clear willingness to aggressively represent my case at trial, was Brian able to negotiate a favorable settlement before the special referee. 
Throughout this entire, multi-year process, Dina’s professionalism and zealous advocacy never wavered, nor did Brian’s support and counsel. My emails were returned within a couple of hours, if not minutes, and every telephone or in-person conversation I requested took place within a day of, and often the same day as, my request. The legal representation I received was beyond reproach, but Brian and Dina surpassed even that standard: Dina was an invaluable source of ongoing support while my health hung in the balance, and, even when my ability to pay for their services was in serious question, the quality of their work and their commitment to see the case through were unwavering. I cannot recommend Brian Perskin and Dina Botwinick highly enough for anyone who requires representation for divorce proceedings.

Brian Perskin and Evan Sekular are the best, literally. 

At first this entire process seemed scary and daunting. That was not the case after I met Brian and Evan.  I can't imagine going through everything without their help.  I'm thankful for the combine experience this team has.  Evan did not miss a beat ever and had perfect communication.  Thank you guys.

I worked with Evan Seckular, a partner at this firm, and found him to be professional even under the most challenging of circumstances thrown at us. Mine was a challenging divorce, and I was always provided solid and timely advice and opinion...even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. Not everything in the law makes sense or is fair, but Evan always patiently walked me through my options and offered his advice on next steps along with likely outcomes. If you find yourself in need of a divorce attorney, I can't recommend this firm, and Evan, enough.

I hired Brian after meeting him just once. He is a man of integrity who truly believes in the legal system and defies the common stereotypes often attributed to the legal profession. Once I began working with him, he was always well prepared and performed extremely well in the courtroom. His attention to detail, integrity and inherent kindness set him apart and have helped to renew my faith in lawyers.

Not only was the outcome better than I expected, I was impressed by Brian's work. I have worked with many lawyers in the past, and most of them have left me feeling frustrated. Not only did he keep me well informed with letters and copies of all correspondence, Brian returned every call I made to him within hours. I would recommend Brian to anyone I know!  Jeffrey M.

Going through a divorce is no fun. Period. Whether you are the plaintiff or the defendant. When I first met Brian and his associates, I met with Dina first, I felt at ease, she explained everything to me and didn't care about the million and half questions I asked her over and over again. 

Brian is very personable, approachable and has a good relationship with the court as well as a strong professional network with other attorneys. He has many years of experience and has seen all sorts of tactics that nothing really surprises him anymore. He is sensible but also a passionate advocate when you are dealing with a case like mine, one that ended up being a bit more difficult then I realized. Brian is a straight to the point kind of man, yet tough when confronting non-reasonable people, and will provide protection not only for his associates but also his clients, when needed. 

Brian and his Associate, Dina are also no push over's. There were periods where I couldn't believe what was happening with my case, when in my head it should of been super easy, but my ex did not make it so. Brian pushed for me powerfully, passionately, vigorously to come to a fair settlement. Brian later told me that he protected and confronted who he had to because he felt that it was the right thing to do. His associate Dina, also did the same for me. 

Brian and his associate Dina have been more than dedicated attorney's to me during this past year. I am very appreciate for their support, service and dedication to give the best counsel without wasting anyone's time or money. They like to get this process done as smooth as it possibly can be done, it is not always like that, but they definitely help ease that pain.  Thank you, Brian! and Thank you, Dina!
