Absolutely the best doctor I've never had a surgery before in my life I'm only 24 years old and I was do scared I had a herniated disc so he had to remove the disc I was super nervous but he made it super comfy for me and made me less nervous. I give this man a 10++++++ excellent care and very very compassionate and very concerned about me. He even called me(himself not his assistant) the day after my surgery to check on me. I will deff refer him to everyone. Absolutely the best. Thank you again Dr. Haycock you rock!!!

Absolutely had the best experience I've ever had at any doctors office. They actually have common sense! With a husband who has had to see many doctors over the years along with over 60 plus surgeries, I've become very Leary of doctors. But these guys made mine and my husbands jaw drop on how they actually use their brain. I was so impressed I had to say something! And I'm not one who likes to take the time to do reviews.

This dr. Is horrible. When I was nervous lying on gurney he came up to me and didn't even speak. He grabbed the chart and looked at it. I should have run then. Then after he totally screwed up my back with spinal fusion in 2013 I never got to see him post op. You see his physicians assistant. He is a terrible surgeon and has terrible skills. I'm still having the worst pain of my life. I feel like a knife is sticking in my back and someone is rotating it. He refused to see me after he recommended another surgery where they attach screws to your pelvis. I was kicked out of my existing pain clinic because the work up for the surgery, which Medicare denied because it was considered experimental, required 2 blocks to qualify. So the pain clinic said I broke rules when the hospital did 2 blocks to get approved for surgery he knew Medicare wouldn't approve. Run as fast as you can from him. Their are better back doctors in Jacksonvilke, try Dr. Gabriel at St. Vincents there. This man has the worst personality of anyone I have ever met. The hospital overcharges you and creates fake services. Do not have surgery at Flagler hospital. I'm a retired nurse anesthetist I know what I'm talking about.

The Doctor;s office places a super heavy emphasis on money - there is a large sign at the front desk stating all co-pays must be paid upon checking in ( does that mean they don't trust you to pay after you see the doctor?). 

Perhaps more alarming is the fact that the office refuses to see patients who need to pay through auto insurance PIP benefits or auto insurance in general.
