My husband and I heard this place was amazing so we had to try it. We went on a Sunday around 11:30 and the line to be seated was out the door, past the shops, down the sidewalk... The wait was worth it. First, the decor was so cute and the suite itself was just perfect. We ordered a regular cup of coffee and it tasted like high quality coffee from Italy or something. The coffee alone blew me away... The eggs Benedict meal was outstanding and the Belgium waffle with real maple syrup and marscapone on the side was even better. The service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I had lunch there today for the first time and it will definitely be my last!! I ordered a cheeseburger medium well... it was cooked very rare.... I was with 2 friends who had made it halfway through their lunch before I could find our waitress.... at that point I just wanted something else that was quick so my friends wouldn't have to wait on me... I was told by the waitress AND the manager that I could order something else but I would pay for the cheeseburger too!! I was dumbfounded! They could have cared less about customer satisfaction.... my ONLY option was to have the burger cooked longer.... UNBELIEVABLE! I typically never complain and I NEVER write reviews so trust me when I say, choose another restaurant!!

1. I don't like being told it's first come first serve when that is not the case. I had to wait an extra ten minutes because my party of two got skipped for a party of four from the back of the line that waited 15 minutes less than us got a table because the table had 4 chairs instead of two. They say their policy is to only seat a four seat table with 4 people. But that contradicts first come first serve. 2. I ordered the pork belly which is prices of super thick cut bacon on top of a waffle. There was so much fat that you literally only ate half the meat. 3. There is no list, you just wait 8n line from outside to inside. I am glad today it was not raining although it was a little hot for my taste. 4. I requested a table and was essentially told i had to take a high top table. My date, who was visibly short enough to need help in and out of the high top should have been a clue that a high top would have been uncomfortable but it wasn't. 5. Overall our waiter was nice although he did forget part of my order Not going to be on my list of places to go in the future.

The food is good but the service left us with a bad taste. I was not aware it's not family friendly restaurant. The hostess made a comment about our stroller. I ordered a coffee and it had lipstick on it. Despite all that though was when Stevie, our server, gave us our bill when we were only halfway through our meal! And then came back and asked if we were ready to pay and we still hadn't finished. Why the rush? There wasn't anyone waiting to be seated, it wasn't crowded and there was no line out the door. It was uncalled for and made us feel uncomfortable, like we shouldn't have brought our children inside, even though neither one was loud and/or disruptive. We saw the cakes when we walked in and considered ordering one, but quickly left after. Aren't you supposed to convince the customer to order more, to spend more money and not the opposite? After reading the other reviews, I'm happy to see I'm not the only one that wasn't happy with their service.

Everything about this place is top notch. It's consistently good, and has been for at least my 20 years of experience here. The staff is a true team. It's awesome to watch. The food... Those pancakes are made with some secret holy nectar I swear. The portions are large. 10/10 would keep coming back.
