My roommate and I had a very pleasant experience with these brokers.  Elann really took note of what we liked and didn't like, and ultimately suggested a place that suited our needs and was well within our price range.

I would HIGHLY recommend Brick. After reading some reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but they were GREAT to work with and proves not to believe everything you read online. I worked with Janina and Jonathan and they were amazing. They showed me the actual apartment I wanted to see (not like these other big real estate companies that just jerk you around and pressure you to raise your budget) and I was able to apply the next day. I was approved an hour later, signed the lease the next day, and got the keys. This was the easiest and most painless process I have been through in getting an apartment thanks to them. They even took me back to the place after I signed the lease to let me measure it. Both Janina and Jonathan were nice, helpful, understanding, and overall great people. I genuinely felt like they wanted to help me and work with me to make it quick and easy. You won't go wrong with either of them and I would for sure use them again in the future!

I was a little concerned reading the reviews on Brick. However, our experience with them was great. Elann and Robin were both communicative and helpful - Robin went beyond the call of duty to continue helping us communicate with our landlord and super long after the lease was signed. Maybe people working with Brick just aren't used to real estate in NYC, but we had a great experience and are now in an apartment we love thanks to them!
