Not sure why others are complaining so much. I feel that their customer service is pretty great as well as their food and pricing. My boyfriend and I order from this deli often and we are always happy with the food. Keep up the good work Bricktown!

I would give it more stars, but it has to be MORE professional. They have GREAT FOOD. but how can we order food, if you guys don't have printed menus that we can look at? Also the menu that you guys DO have up there is small and difficult to read. Gotta do better in that department. They also need more people. And people who love to come to WORK. LOL. Other than that....they aight. ..

I'm disgusted by the customer service. They rip people off. Each price list has a different price for each item. They are so unprofessional. There are only 2 people who work here who are nice, knowledgeable and AWAKE!!!

This is the 3rd time I gave them a chance with my order. First time the order was completely wrong and when I said something they claimed it wouldn't happen again after being 45 mins late. Second time they forgot my drinks and put two separate orders on one plate and tried to charge me 6 dollars more than what the grubhub total was. Mind you each time I place an order I call to confirm they got everything and it was correct. Third and last time, I placed the order at 5:08 I called and asked when it would be arriving they said 5 to 10 minutes. I wait until 5:40 before calling to see the status and they say that the food is done and the driver was about to bring it. Another 5 to 10 minutes pass which is what they said yet again. 6:20 comes I call getting angry at this point they say the driver should be there. And then proceed to wait until 6:45 which I finally get my order, the driver doesn't apologize or show any care whatsoever after being an hour and 15 minutes late. I get the order to find out he gave me a 20 oz coke instead of a 2 liter, no monster which I paid for and the food was cold as well as no syrup for my french toast, I call instantly no answer so I call them yet again. I proceed to speak to the owner. Long story short I finally got my drinks and condiments at 7:04, and the owner offered the next order for 2 small drinks to be on the house? Are you kidding me? First of all the driver is supposed to fix it while they are out and buy whatever it is from the store. Secondly the food was horrible and cold by the time I received it yet alone when I had a drink to drink with it. And thirdly this is the third time they have gotten orders wrong, and the owner is not helpful at all! All he can do is say sorry and offer me 3 dollars in drinks? My tip each time was more than that! Keep in mind my order is simple never anytjing special made but they can't even get their own menu right. Read this and beware. You WILL NEVER get your order on time and the RIGHT order. It will always be one or the other or neither like in my case. And to offer me 2 sodas is an insult when I spent 20 to 40 each time on my order. Give me a break. Horrible place never saw it in person but it strikes me as a dump according to how they conduct their deliveries. I will never order again and I will steer everyone away. Any good reviews are them leaving it for themselves I can guarantee that as they are rude to top it all off. Do not bother giving them your money find somewhere else to avoid the headaches and anger.
