This is the go to for all your cycling needs. Extremely knowledgeable staff always willing to help even if you don’t buy a bike there. I bought my son a bike from them over the phone walked in and picked up super easy. If you can sell a bike over the phone and not even have to adjust the seat when you get it that says something. Thanks again guys

Bad customer service is an understatement of the crazy, unprofessional behavior in this shop.   KC was supposed to be looking for a bike for me on the internet.    After more than a day of not hearing back from him, I called the shop where some dopey kid with no social skills answers.   First, he disconnects me, while talking to KC on the other line about my order.    Then he tells me there will be no answer about my order for another two days when KC gets back into the store.   I simply commented that this was taking a while, and that it just would have been nice if KC had called me to update me on the timeline. To which this crazy young man commented "You should be happy that KC is working on this, on his day off."   When I stated that his response wasn't very professional, the kid accused me of "getting all worked up" when I wasn't even raising my voice.  Wow, if this is how they think they are going to sell expensive bikes, they have another thought coming.

Absolutely wonderful, extremely knowledgeable staff. We took our 5 and 7 year old here, and their bikes were picked and assembled on the spot. It was quite an experience for my 7 year to watch her bike being put together in the store. Top quality bicycles, worth every penny!

Excellent bike shop and great staff. Bought my bike from here over two years ago ( simple trek fx 7.4 nothing fancy ) and every single time I've come in and needed something from a tune up to a flat tire or just a random question about cycling these guys are above and beyond professional and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for treating a novice biker like a pro.
