Much better!! I was there over a year ago and I was not impressed. Much, much improved! Food was pretty good. We had pulled pork potato skins and pork poutine fries. A friend had provolone skewers and they said they were amazing. I was with a party and the staff had no problem keeping up with us.

I went there Dec 27, 2017 for a family Christmas gathering. I had their 12 oz Strip steak for $19.95 it was a poor cut of meat. It was thin like some breakfast steak you would get at a cafe or diner.
I would have been better off going to Golden Coral, which I frequent for breakfast. I don't recommend their steaks to anyone.

Food was average, staff was friendly and efficient. Nice selection of beer and food. Would have been a four if they had hot water in the restroom, even warm water would be nice.

went for dinner with friends! the food was amazing!! very abundant, really well cooked, and at a reasonable price! when i went in september they had shred heads (their homemade tater tots) with bacon or jalapeño and cheese, but they only offer bacon now- a bit of a disappointment since most of us were vegetarians.
otherwise, the food was AMAZING! i highly recommend sterk's!

Great food I walked in the door and had no idea what was in store for me. Looked like just an bar and grill but really a 5 star restaurant!
