I would recommend this place to anyone! I wanted a wedding dress with sleeves and after trying a bunch on at other shops I realized how itchy sleeves can be. I mentioned this to the staff and they put me in a dress with sleeves that were extremely soft and not itchy - I fell in love instantly! I was also able to buy off the rack because this store keeps their dresses in bags and in good condition so it was in perfect shape and I was able to save some money by purchasing off the rack. For the men's tuxes I also got an amazing deal through a special they ran for Valentines day in 2017. Overall had very good experiences with this shop.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for dresses. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I previously went to some higher end boutiques and did not the care and respect as I did when I went here. Ellen was amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and everytime I walked out the room the other group of women there had many complaints about the dress selections. As some mentioned the smell of the place, it’s an older shop, the smell isn’t as bad as some said. I also take into consideration who writes the reviews. If you a difficult bride then yes I can see people getting irritated these girls work hard to help people find their dress, so take that into consideration. Overall I was very pleased

The lady who helped me was actually very nice. But I brought my 3 year old with me and obviously hes a handful but the other lady who was there was rude and made it seem like my son was terrible. I found a dress I liked but I'll be looking elsewhere.

The staff is amazing! I love this place. I went to 3 other locations looking for prom dresses and none of the places were as helpful and fun! I would recommend to all for the best service. Thank you Bridal Elegance.

This was the first place my bridesmaids and I went to try on dresses and the LAST time all 5 of us will ever go in there again. None of us received a happy welcome into the store or eagerness to inquire about specifically what we were looking for. The bridesmaids tried on multiple dresses and some even found a dress they loved. After about a dozen dresses later were we addressed with concerns about colors and specific designers. I had no clue about sticking with the same designer if going with different dresses but same color. How should I? This is my first time...which is why it would have been nice to have someone inquire once we came into the store. The staff treated my bridesmaids extremely inappropriately. They said in front of me..the bride...my girls had "attitudes" and one lady even said directly in front of me "I would never have her in my wedding" This was supposed to have been a very special, fun and exciting day for my girls and I to try on dresses, feel pretty and enjoy ourselves. Instead I left feeling extremely disappointed and sad that this was the experience we all had our first time coming together for my wedding.
