I have had the best experiences at Bride and Groom Formals, Sarah has been extremely helpful in the process of finding the perfect prom dress for my senior prom along with my wardrobe for Miss Randolph County pageant and then stepping it up a notch in helping me to prepare for Miss North Carolina. She always assured every dress fit perfectly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed all way to my earrings being a perfect match for each dress.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Very friendly and personable. Definitely will be in going back for future prom & wedding needs

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this shop.  They butchered my best friend's wedding dress during the alteration. In addition there is blood on the under layers of the dress, did you think just because it wasn't on the outside you didn't have to clean it? Wouldn't you know if you pricked your finger while sewing? Do you know how unsanitary it is to bleed on a customers product that they paid thousands for?? So now the bride has to pay another seamstress to fix the dress and clean it.  In addition, even after sending in measurements wrong sizes were ordered for the bridesmaid dress. I have tried calling and left messages but they never answer their phones! Save yourself the headache and choose another shop.

I would not recommend this place to anyone my girls had to pay extra for rush delivery which I understand that part but what upset me is I don't consider it "rush delivery" when they don't get them in until 4 days before my wedding then acourse 3 of 4 dresses needing alteration that ever who done that too them did a terrible job heck one of the dresses wouldn't even zip now how can a measurement be off that much so 3 of my girls didn't get Thier dresses back until 2 days before the wedding and 2 of them still wasn't right
