Firstly, let me state openly that Bridgehead is my favourite place to go for a coffee. From my frequenting many stores throughout Ottawa this Bank street location was clean, staff friendly and professional. The coffee was as usual excellent. The casual decor made for a relaxing visit.

Fantastic customer service here, the staff treat you like a friend. Every coffee you get here feels like a gift. It's a priceless experience.

Really friendly staff! Delicious cold or hot drinks, including vegan options (coconut milk in lattes, fab).

Excellent coffee and tea. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Had a double espresso and it was very good. General ambience comfortable but not outstanding. Staff friendly and capable. Parking limited.
