It was alright didn't like the idea of going 3 days in a row to change a vehicle under my name. On the 1st 2 days gave me a price (between 300 to 400) to change the vehicle under my name. When I finally went on the 3rd day they told me another price doble from what they had told me before I end up paying more than 800 dollars. But other than that they have a good service and like the idea that they have several ppl to help. Not like other that you have to wait more than 2hrs to get information. Very clean place and neat.

Speedy means a lot of customers are seen, around 10 in 20 minutes. However, expect 40 customers to be ahead of you. Total waiting time averages between 1 hour to 1.5 hour. There is a tv, but it is turned off. WARNING: The fire extinguisher is not completely visible due to its position and a plant blocking it. I shall not update this comment until this issue is resolved.

These guys are government contractors, and are a private entity that do not represent the government, and in fact charge for all services. From my own first hand experience, the employees are rude and unknowledgeable. The phone clerk refused to answer one simple question and instead reiterated the previous statement, when a simple yes or no would have sufficed. The attendant assisting me with my paperwork submission in person needed help at every corner and had to stop and ask for assistance every 30 seconds. These guys altered the official document I came with, and paid for to acquire, all without asking me first. Additionally, they attempted to charge me when I was submitting a free application all while I was never told beforehand that they would be charging for the service. Needless to say I went to the Tax Assessor Collector's office and got this application filled free of charge with knowledgeable and kind staff. Avoid this place if possible.

Very rude , no one knows the paper work , they have to ask 3 people and still go ask the supervisor
