Zero stars would suit this place better but had to put one. Here is a suggestion, instead of having 15 different desks to buy 15 different brands of items from 15 different product salesmen who will only help or acknowledge your presence if you are interested in their particular brand, HAVE SOME SALES PEOPLE THAT HELP YOU NO MATTER WHAT YOU WANT TO BUY! If more than one person at a time comes in to buy the same brand of something they will then have to wait 2 hours until the person in front of them gets done, ALL THE WHILE 14 OTHER BRANDS SALESMEN STAND AROUND WITH THEIR HEADS IN THE CLOUDS. This would be a real good place to start a tractor dealership.

We go here for work boots, tractors, farm & lawn, chain saws, clothes, and more, we can also get boots and clothes for our grandsons, if they don't have what we are looking for they have even located it for us and had it sent to this store. We got our riding mower there and we have them winterized there every year. When the farm tractor we got there had a leak in the hydrologic lines not long after we got it they actually came to our place to pick it up and repair the leaks. If we have a question we go to the counter and ask questions.

Good selection of tools, equip. etc.. Absolutely horrendous customer service.. Definitely will go somewhere else before I go here again. Rude, ignorant and sometimes downright nasty, especially the parts desk.

TURNED DOWN MY WIFE ON FIREARM PURCHASE BECAUSE THE FFL DEALER BRUCE GRALEY SAID ''WOMEN DON'T BUY GUNS LIKE THIS''. IT WAS A BOLT ACTION RIFLE. SHE WAS ALSO HARASSED BUY 3 OTHER MEN THAT WERE FFL DEALERS AS WELL THEY QUESTIONING HER ON HOW THE FUNCTION OF THE GUN WORKS, LOOKING DOWN ON HER LIKE WAS NOT SMART ENOUGH TO OWN A GUN. THEY DON'T WANT WOMEN TO BUY FIREARMS. SOMEONE SHOULD TELL TOM KNIGHT ABOUT THE SEXUAL DISCRIMINATION, 2ND AMENDMENT & 19TH AMENDMENT OUT THE DOOR. I WILL PAY MORE AND GO TO CABELA'S

Bridgeport in New Martinsville may have a nice selection of guns and lawn tools and other stuff -- but what good is that without customer service?  So often the salespeople literally look thru us or totally ignore us.  We have spent a lot of money there over the years, but you know what - that may be coming to an end.  It's a running joke with my husband and me as to how long we would have to be in the store before a salesperson actually acknowledged us.  Just a nod in our direction would make our day.   So I'm leaving off 3 stars because of lousy customer service.
