I called as a new patient. They were able to get me in fairly quickly. Directions provided were great. I arrived for my appointment and only had a short wait. They diagnosed my issue quickly and provided a plan to correct it. They were responsive to my questions. Everyone was friendly and professional!
I don't typically write reviews, however I'm breathing out of both of my nose holes, freely, for the first time in my life! First appointment, Dr Dodson nailed my diagnoses. I knew I had a deviated septum that had gotten worse over time, but what I didn't know was that I had an overactive nerve that caused post nasal drip. He prescribed me a nasal spray and let me know that there was a procedure that would fix it, if the spray worked for me. No pressure at all either way. The spray worked! It was then that I knew instantly that I needed to take the plunge and get my septum fixed. Fast forward a month and some change. I received the surgery to fix my deviated septum, reduce my turbinates and the Rhinaer procedure. This was my first surgery, so needless to say, I was beyond nervous and anxiety ridden. Dr Dodson did great dealing with my awkward, freaked out self that had a million questions and thought she was going to die. Woke up to nurse Jason taking care of me. He was also fantastic! It helped that Jason had also had the procedure and knew exactly what to expect. I thought I'd be in for a real treat not, after the procedure related to the pain. However, it really wasn't terrible at all. Angel hands. The nasal splints and sleeping was the worst part. Today, one week post op, I went in to get the splints removed. INSTANTLY I could breathe out of both nostrils. It was insane and a total relief! I can't say enough good things about Dodson or his team! From diagnoses, to prior authorization from my insurance, to the surgery and aftercare. They are great. Do yourself a favor and go here if you're looking for an ENT.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Dodson. My surgery went smoothly and saw results of improved breathing within about a week. I got a Septoplasty and a turbinate reduction. I would recommend getting the surgery if you have a deviated septum and a struggle breathing. It was such an easy and painless process through and through.
Im 63 years old and have seen some of the so called best in their field ENT’s. I had a surgery back when I was 17 years old to prevent a life threatening infection in and behind my right ear from spreading. For the years and decades after surgery Ive had an ongoing problem with my right ear and had seen at least half a dozen ENT’s. Moved to Bozeman and saw Dr. Dodson twice when he suggested a CT scan. Long story short, scan showed the original infection was not handled properly and had come back. It had been eating away at the bone behind my ear and had destroyed nerves and the three bones in my inner ear. I have recently had surgery with a specialist in Missoula which Dr. Dodson had recommended. Dr. Dodson is in my opinion, the best! If you have the need for ENT services it would be a mistake to not visit his office. Again, Thank You Dr. Dodson and the staff at Bridger ENT.
Had high hopes of having better results after sinus surgery. Pretty sure it was a ploy to make more money off of me. Typical doctors suggesting high price procedures with no return.
I was extremely satisfied with the evaluation of my daughter who struggles with sinus infections. We left the office with practical tools to help alleviate her symptoms.
The surgery went great, very little pain after surgery, healed up well and I benefit from it. I'm glad i did it. Thank you Dr.Dodson and staff for your excellent work.
Dr. Dodson and his staff are kind and greet you with a smile. I feel my concerns are listened to and addressed in the best way possible.
Great experience! I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. I didn’t have to wait in the reception for more than a couple of minutes. The facility is clean and welcoming. Dr. Kill was knowledgeable and called me back on a Saturday with my results.
Dr. Dodson is a life saver! He got us in on short notice to fix my son’s lip tie. He was confident in his diagnosis and clear in his communication about treatment plan. Very knowledgeable. The entire staff is friendly, compassionate, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
