Really hard to get a single answer on product. Doesn't seem as if all the staff is knowledgeable of what products can be used together. I am at least hoping that is the case, and the salesman aren't trying to push the products that are more expensive.

I couldn't be happier with the great service and products.  Luke was very helpful in the selection process.  He helped guide me to the product that was the best fit as well as the most visually pleasing.  Bonus:  the cost of this fantastic STEEL product was less than Hardie plank and vinyl siding.  I will be doing much more remodel shopping at Bridger Steel.

These people are a nightmare to work with. To start, Bridger Steel (Helena location) doesn't have the best reputation around the Helena community in the first place. I have been building a house recently and placed an order with them for some corrugated metal. They ended up delivering a color other than what I had ordered but we used it anyway. For our metal roof, we reserved standing seam metal and called multiple times to make sure it would be there when we were ready for it. We even tried to pay but they assured us over and over that it was on reserve with our name on it and that we do not need to pay until we are ready for it. Well, once we were ready to put the roof on they could not seem to find the metal we had reserved. The person we spoke with was not apologetic, whatsoever, and very unprofessional about the whole situation. We ended up having to buy tough rib metal that they had in stock (without being offered any kind of discount), otherwise getting the right metal would have put us a month behind on the house. About a month later we needed to finish the roof with valley metal that had been ordered. They told us it had not been ordered and that it would take weeks to have it ready.  When we asked to have them take an hour to go bend some for us they said no, they have customer orders backed up for weeks from people who "spend more money" there (this was the owner talking). I would absolutely not recommend them. I have heard good things about the Belgrade location and that many contractors from Helena order from that location instead of having to deal with the constant mistakes of the Helena location.
